About
Built by someone who has stood in the driveway

Garett has been a realtor on Florida's 30A for ten years, working mostly with buyers and focused on short-term rental properties. He has watched owners of one, two and three rentals run their businesses out of text threads, spreadsheets and a shoebox of receipts, and lose money every time a guest broke something and there was no proof. CleanMatchPro is his answer.
Why CleanMatchPro exists
Most short-term rental owners aren't running a portfolio. They have one place, maybe two or three, and a day job. The cleaner is a person they text. The bookings live on Airbnb and VRBO. The money lives in a bank account and a spreadsheet that gets updated in April. When a guest damages something, the claim is a scramble for photos that may or may not exist, on a deadline that has usually already passed.
None of the tools built for this were built for that owner. Property management software is priced and designed for companies with fifty units. Accounting software doesn't know what a turnover is. The result is that the smallest operators, the ones who can least afford a lost claim or a messy tax year, have the least help.
CleanMatchPro is one system for that whole business, sized for one to three properties. The calendar and cleaner coordination are free for everyone, forever, because a cleaner who can see the bookings is the foundation of everything else. The business toolkit on top of it, damage claims with GPS-verified photos, income and expenses, inventory and depreciation, and an export your CPA can import, is what turns a side hustle into a business with records.
What we believe
- Evidence beats argument. A damage claim should be a folder of timestamped, location-stamped photos and a clean record of who was in the house and when, not a memory.
- The cleaner is a partner, not a vendor. They see the calendar, they confirm arrivals, they document the turnover. The free tier exists so nobody has to pay to keep them in the loop.
- Tax time should be a button. If the year was recorded as it happened, April is an export, not an archaeology project.
Who makes it
CleanMatchPro is published by Vizsla Tech LLC, Garett's software company in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Vizsla Tech also makes KeyCodeNavigator, an iPhone app that shows the right door or gate code the moment you arrive, born from the same driveway problems. Questions, feature requests or a story about a claim that went sideways: email info@vizslatech.app. A real person reads every message.
Read the blog for the practical side: how to document damage so a claim gets paid, how to keep a cleaner and an owner on the same page, and what to track all year so your CPA smiles.
